I will have to get my paid solution elsewhere. If I cannot block certain video sites from being used, then I cannot use this on any site that I do not want porn displayed. Since my desire is to run a site where anybody can provide videos, then I must just say "No" to this as it allows the ability to add porn to my site.

Unfortunately there are no other mods similar or exactly the same. You will require a much more expensive stand alone script such as a youtube or similar. Again this is a mod which requires existing vbulletin forum infrastructure in order to operate and function. As far as your request to make so that specific sites are not able to be added, this is a very simple code change on two of the script pages. You can easily add and remove the allowed or disallowed sites as you please.
