Changed the php.ini to allow max_execution_time of 600 - no difference.

Some files do not give the error, but for no reason, files that are almost the same (same filetype, compression scheme , dimensions) will fail.

For example: i tested with 2 .wmv files i made from the same source - 1 was 22mb the other 19, the 22mb file went up fine, converted instantly and is available, the 19mb file refuses to upload giving the error below.

Also: a file i uploaded 2 days ago became corrupt, and would not play, but the thumbnail remained. this was working fine for 2 days, then stopped

Also: some uploads are accepted and seem to convert, thumbnail and work fine, but when they are played back, they are missing the last 20% or so of the file - you can see from the playback meter the file has not fully cached and just stops when it gets to that point of playback.

Just now i try to upload an .avi only 5mb (twice) - it uploads, and is thumbnailed, but then will not play back correctly. stopping about 10% of the way into the playback, and showing about 20% of the file downloaded/cached..

edit: then i tried a 3mb file made with the same device (a camera) and it worked 100%! ??!??!??

Make some tests.
Convert Videos with FFMPEG without vbtubepro at shell.

Upload the video file to your server and then.

ffmpeg -i /path/inputfile.mpg -b 512k -r 25 -ar 22050 /path/output file.flv

I think FFMPEG is not 100% correct installed.

vBTubepro use only 2 php Lines to convert a video. Its not a big deal.
If one video is converted then other videos have to be converted too.

ok.. i can try this. but all does work fine for some files, and not for some others. i have 16 good uploads working, and if i remove them and upload them again they all work every time..

Filetypes? no pattern - wmv avi and mpg all work sometimes.

edit(3): i have asked the host to make the test for me with root and send me the output. i have uploaded a file that fails every time by ftp..

Weird.

Sometimes working sometimes not.
I think your server causes this issue. But really don't know what in this moment..
