I tried to upload a 150 mb flv filed but failed, i got this message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Whats wrong?

It already does. It's included in the script. It's a 1 click add to any of your own categories.

Do you have to have FFMPEG installed if you are uploading directly to YouTube?

FFMPEG only have to be installed on your server when videos are stored on your server.
