Default Problem with vbSEO and Recent Media Block on vbAdvanced Home

I was finding, when a member would click on a recent media link. It would take them to a "200 ok Page has moved here" page. My members had to click on the "here" link to get to vbtube. Also, when a member would comment or reply to a tube, they would get the same thing. I had to turn off the rewrite urls in vbSEO in order to get the tubes to work right again. Now I find I've moved from 34th position in google keyword search for my site to somewhere in the thousands.

What can be done to fix this?
