I tested it already but i want to get a ok from the other BTesters...
I think i fixed the things you said. Now no japanese character problem exists..

Thanks =] also when a member edit the video his thumbnail gets deleted. That happen with members not the admin

I hope you do some template enhancement like frambox around the newest media that goes in the header of vbtube ? a fame box around these media boxes would make it look better

I also think the search engine needs to be enhanced cause let say i search for something a specific "word" and i misspelled that word, then it won't show that media up unless i spell it completely right.

The auto tags.

I don't know that is all i could think of right now (:

P.s. I submiit a video but it is awaiting for approval so i can't tell right now if the jap character is fixed or not =]
