New lite user on vbulletin.org - vBTube.com

He's unable to submit video and gets the sql error page. He's getting it, because he hasn't defined his category's. I don't know what the control panel looks like because I never used lite. he says there is no option to create category's though.

Admincp menu is the same as PRO Version (Category adding)

Does he has a vbtubepro menu in the admincp ?

He said it was 4am where he is and was going to bed. I asked if he has an "add category" link and he sent screenshots of the vbtube options window.
