Is the vbtube watermark default? Can this be replaced with our own? If so, is it a bmp image or png?

yes that's removable

I want to change to my own watermark.

I currently watermark or (label) all of my clips I upload to youtube and the other video hosting sites with my URL. I'd like to put my own little site banner on my player. What template do I have to edit to change the path for the image file?

If you're talking about the little blue icon on the top left

it's not in a template but inside the MEDIAPLAYER folder

and there's a file name : logo-player.png...

Just create your own and rename it the same and upload it in that folder and voila!
