I only can say if this working with the current Version of vBTubePRO. Sure some things i can code in the future. But now you only get what you see. Try the Admin Demo.

No.

Yes. As you can see in the Demo. The Blue play Button...

Can you change the name of the file?
Yes

Can you change the layout to get it more like youtube?
No. If you have html knowledge you can edit templates.

No.

What is the max upload for hosted videos?
Depends on your Server Settings. You can allow 1gb Uploads if you want..

Can you change the look of the player?
I can but only what you see is available at the moment.

Yes.
