Default Can the 'photo' and 'video uploads' features be disabled?
I'm only interested in using the video post portion.

Yes, it is possible to disable the Photo Section.

He hasn't implemented that yet. I think he's working on it, as this has been something a lot of people are requesting. I also think he's on holiday right now.
