Default Manage tubes for Mods
I would like my moderators to be able to approve / reject videos. How can I add the 'Manage Tubes' section in the Mod CP like it is in the AdminCP?

If "Can Mod" is enabled for the usergroup, then they can aprove and reject at admincp.
