I've done the chmod part ( flv and thumb )

The forum path in vbtube options it's ok

But I can't upload videos: the video file it's not uploaded / nothing appears to thumbs/flv directory and I get a vbulletin database error when I try to delete the video.

Can we have the db error ?

Do you use suhosin security ?

Optimal php.ini

PHP Config Status:
Uploads: 1 | Max Filesize: 128M | Memory Limit: 128M | Max Post Size: 128M | Max Execution Time: 1200
No I don't use suhosin security.
I have several domainnames with pointing to maps on the server like site1 site2
The server software (also FFMPEG) is install in the root from the server
So maybe the licence key isn't work for pointing back to root and map.

As I worte before I'am absolute sure that vBTubePRO is install correct.
I have still my question why the video is uploading to the TEMP dir??
Is this normal??

Yes it is normal.

Every php Script upload it first to a temp folder after success it moves to the flv folder.
If the moving has no success you have to check the permissions of that folders.

Check this thousand times.
All software to use uploading video like you tube is now positive install.
Check done by specialist on Unix and check done by webhoster.
Both are sure that this is a software concern.
Uploading test from video files with shell positive.

So I stop now with the uploading function and use only the links to youtube
