Hello,
When I uploading a video I get the messages that the video was succesfull uploaded.
But I don't see the thumbnail and video.
Ofcoures I have 777 the directory as wrote in the update

Yes, it is but question is how can I check that FFMPEG is correct install?

Go to shell and type:

ffmpeg -version

you will get a message like this:

No I get the message command not found.
I have install FFMPEG on the server like this steps:

1) wget http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/ffmpeg-ex...apshot.tar.bz2
2) tar -jxvf ffmpeg-export-snapshot.tar.bz2
3) cd ffmpeg-export-*
4) ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/ffmepg
5) make && make install

It's on the server now but seems to not work.
Any idea what I can do now?

I have restart the server but still the error ffmpeg: command not found
The map ffmepg exist in /usr/local/
Stuck on this moment after 8 hours

The installing steps you do, are correct.

But if you get this:
ffmpeg -version
No command found.

then it is not installed...

Try also to convert a Video with shell not with vbtubepro.

Wich Linux Distribution you use ?

Well it is installed because hoster confirms it.
The server runs on Apache 2.0 Handler
FFMPEG is install on the server in the map /usr/local
I have also wrote a support ticket to the hoster for help but they have earlier worte me that FFMPEG is installed as I wrote

Did you try to convert a Video in ssh ?

They confirm but the version command not work ?
hmm what can we do now ?
