Thread: vBTube Pro 1.1.0 Beta 7.2 Stable

OK .. Installed this today and having a couple of problems :

1. when you search using a keyword ... the actual results do not show up on screen

2. Clicking on categories doesnt seem to bring anything up either

these problems are experienced by all users

anyone help in sorting this out please?

I was wondering what mod caused this problem, happened with me, but all i did was go into maintenance > Update Counters, and rebuild post cache, or thread information, w/e and it should fix it.

thanks ... that's one thing sorted .... now for 1 and 2 ...lol

ok ... problem 2 and problem 1 ... update

when clicking on categories or searching ..... only youtube content linked through "browser" tab seem to show .... the post count after each category show that a new post has been added ... but for some reason any post which has been added manually doesn't seem to show up ... whether it has been added by embeding or linking ... tried with different sites .. youtube,pornotube,redtube ... none of them will show up if link has been added using the [add video] tab

well this is really doing my head in now .... lol .. not much use this if users uploads cannot be viewed

Your Settings are not correct.
I wanted to check your Installation 2 days ago, but the permissions you gave me for admincp were not enough. I told you 2 days ago.
Enable the Permissions for my Account "AE Bot"...

lol .. i did change permissions ... try now m8

Added manually from dailymotion and it is working.

Set this to yes if you want to seperate Adult Content (Videos & Photos) from the Rest. If you set this to yes, then no Adult Content will shown at the TopBit, Randombit, LatestBit, Latest Postings. That means your Pages will shown Clean. Users only see Adult Content when they Click on that Category. If you don´t use Adult Content, then set it to "No".

Both were disabled, thats why you can't see Adult Vids. I enabled it.
Delete the old added Adult Vids (Using Usermenu "My Files" - Click delete one by one).
Add Videos again and always select Yes at "Contains Adult Content Yes/No" at the Add Page.

Rebuild Forum Information at admincp/maintance/update counters

Also i saw the Problems with the youtube_browser in your chatbox.

Youtube_browser is only to fill the content.
Normal users can't see it and don't have permissions to use this.
Only Usergroups who have permission "Can Mod?" are able to use this.
