    Question comments conditional possible?

    Is it possible to use a conditional usergroup ID to allow to comment on videos?

    <if condition="______________________ </if>

    What I want to do is allow only certain usergroups to comment on videos.

    Or a conditional to NOT allow certain usergroups to comment.

    Either way????
