can someone help with troubleshooting/install?

1. Is ffmpeg installed on this host ?

2. And please set safe mode off in your php settings (php.ini) or Enable php exec command.

ffmpeg is installed, will chack on php settings...also i sent you a pm....i need to use a new domain name
