Thread: Installed, getting only white (blank) pages in admin area

I just installed VBTube on VBulletin 4.1.0 PL2. Install seemed to go fine, db tables were created (looks like 8 of them), all permissions set to 777 where needed. When I click vBTube DB-Check all I get is a blank screen. No error message in the logs. In fact none of the buttons other than the vBTubePRO Options button yield anything other than a white screen.

Any ideas? I did enter the product key into the options box already.

we have same issue as this but on vbulletin 4.0.8 (with out patch yet) running latest version of software,

our

php allow_url_fopen ON is on, and ffmpeg is installed properly as we use it with director.

running centos 5.5 / 64bit, php 5.2.x mysql 5.0.77.

I get blank page in admincp for both
5. Run DBCheck : admincp/vbtubepro/vbTubePRO DB-Check
6. Rebuild Counters : admincp/vbtubepro/Rebuild Counters

followed your front page instructions perfectly.

Did you get a license key?

Yes. The forum URL has to be EXACT. Our forums moved from /forums/ to / between purchase and install. That was the problem.

i am having same problem, i have my forum installed in the root folder.

Should i re install my forum to a different folder besides the root one ?

i just re installed everything , my forum script, the vb tube script and i am still having the same problem.

Your key was only /forum in your url.
Check the ticket - The new key is there...
