Thread: Change Upload Link Order?

Dear vBTube Community,
I'm wondering if there is any way to change the link order of the Add-Upload section? Right now, if I click on Add-Upload, the first page that pops up is the "Add VideoLink" Page. I want to make the first page that comes up "Upload Video". Is that possible? Thank you for your time.

And change do=add to do=up
