Thread: server loading issue

Hi i don't know if it is this mod or other mods that i have on my forum but does this mod caused any server high load issue ? since it is in beta

I am suspecting this or the vBtube one, the other one that browse youtube but i don't know.

Other Users don´t report me Server Overloading.
Do you mean "Mysql too many Connections" Message ?
How many Users do you have on your Site at the same time ?

I've never had either of the two. I normally have anywhere from 5-20 members and approx 100 guests all the time and never ran into or had any reports of load or db issues. Katie, check your other mods. Have you installed anything new besides the Beta upgrade? Perhaps you are getting more hits lately and a mod from a previously install is acting up?

It was another mod "passivevide" i think but i hope this modification doesn't cause server problems like "gars done by thegeeks" ;l

Hmm.. I usually have around 500-600 online ppl for the part 15 min that are always active.

You sure it's passivevid? I have that as well with no issues. I don't have 500-600 at once, but I normally have 100-150 at any one time.

ya i disabled all my mods and enabled every each one by one and giving 3-5 min to see how much the queries rise, or connection, the server admin did that and once i enabled passive vid, the amount doubled and kept going up , it was like 15 something
